Coordinated by the Portuguese Society for the Study of Birds, it promotes the preservation and rehabilitation of endemic fauna of the SPA (Special Protected Area) of the Pico da Vara / Ribeira do Guilherme, especially for the protection of the Azores Bullfinch.
